MILITARY GAP PAY
At Beacon Building Products, we prioritize our people and uphold integrity in all actions. In strong support of our veterans and military personnel, we have updated our Military Leave Policy. Effective April 1, 2024, we offer a pay differential to eligible employees called to active duty. Eligible employees, who are granted Military service leave for active duty, receive compensation that covers the difference between their normal base pay and the pay received while on active duty for up to twelve months.
Beacon of Hope represents our dedication to community support at Beacon. Collaborating with local roofing companies, Beacon and TRI-BUILT provide roofing repair or replacement, free of charge, for 10 deserving Veterans annually.
