As an Administrative Specialist for Beacon, you will assist our branches with administrative and operational duties. You will be part of a team of administrative specialists that support branches and work with an internal ticketing system. This position will support our branches with internal audits, filing, contract administration and other duties as assigned.


What You Will Be Working On:

  • Support branches and branch management with administrative and operational duties or inquiries
  • Partnering with Internal Audit team to review SOX compliance requirements and documentation compliance
  • Online document filing and retention in Alfresco system
  • Contract administration including review, sending and ensuring the proper signatures before filing.
  • Responsible for daily reporting and report reconciliation in Excel
  • Answer telephone in a friendly and timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:  
 

  • Previous experience in an administrative role and with supporting management in a high volume organization. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate to multiple levels in the organization
  • Effective follow up skills
  • Proven experience with Computer systems and MS Office
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Online document storage or filing experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to organize information
