In this role, you will be responsible for the Residential and Complementary Roofing sales for the District. This position directly leads a team of outside sales representatives across the entire District, as well as supporting branch sales and all customers relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works to establish new business opportunities with potential customers
  • Works to establish add-on business with existing customers
  • Achieves monthly and yearly sales requirements
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge base of entire product line
  • Determines the nature of profitable vs. non-profitable business through precise decision making and trend analysis
  • Works to improve the skills of existing employees
  • Communicates regularly with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Acts as support line for all commercial roofing department
  • Develops plans for increased Department profitability
  • Attends industry and product related training programs, conferences, seminars and educational forums
  • Works to build long term relationships with customer base
  • Performs other duties as assigned
