We are seeking a recruiter with a focus on hiring roles such as CDL Drivers, Delivery Helpers, Warehouse, Inside/Outside Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Branch Managers and other leadership roles for our local branches. In this position you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommend placement of staff by using innovative and technologically based  sourcing methods. This position will have up to 25% travel.

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to determine driver staffing needs.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within an assigned territory.
  • Effectively manage and lead high volume staffing of sales and branch management roles.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.).
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Develop and leverage advertising and referral programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Manage current candidate activity.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
  • Other hiring and onboarding duties as needed.

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in high volume Recruitment or Agency Staffing background
  • Experience working with ATS. SuccessFactors a  plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary (Mid & North Eastern States)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to change direction in a fast paced environment
  • Strong social media skills with the ability to maintain and initiate social media recruiting campaigns.
