The Commercial Sales Job Tracker will be the project manager within a market sales center which effectively publishes quotes for all public and private projects out for bid. The stated goal of the Job Tracker is to provide timely and comprehensive project quotations to assist the Commercial Specialists in the market sales center while effectively following up on all quoted projects to determine awarded contractor.


Primary job duties and responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent and comprehensive project quotations utilizing the sales team’s pricing direction
• Strive for self-development through product and system education to effectively answer all technical questions
• Become proficient with Logic Track & Sales Force to effectively bid and follow up on all projects
• Create project schedules with the sales team and customers to effectively communicate all project deliveries


• High School diploma required with college bachelor’s degree preferred
• Manufacturer product and system technical education
• Attention to detail and experience meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Sales Force & Logic Track
• Collaborative abilities to include other functions in the decision-making process


The role of the Job Tracker will require an individual to perform the necessary functions;
• Operate a motor vehicle with a valid operator’s license for customer and project interaction
• Sitting for long periods of time working on projects behind a computer to meet deadlines
• Phone system operation given a large portion of the daily tasks will be publishing estimates and tracking awarded projects
