Credit Administrator

We are currently seeking a Credit Administrator candidate for our Head Office in Montreal.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Project Accounts:
    • Set up in the system (Mincron)
    • Advise branches/customer service representatives/ credit agents
    • Denunciation - preparation of letters to owners, general contractors and cc our customers
    • Bond letters - advices as per above
    • Send requests for address verifications and other validation reports to our suppliers
    • Prepare/reconcile waivers and final waivers
    • Prepare files and documents for approval as per company policy
    • Intellichief
    • Collection calls (30 % of your work time)
  • Credit Reviews/ New customer setups
    • Set up in the system (Mincron)
    • Send to suppliers for bank, at times trade info
    • Intellichief
  • Recording of all new/revisions on report
  • Closing of projects - Mincron/files updating
  • Free up time from credit agents for customer & branch relationship building
  • Communicate with customers regarding open balances as directed by manager

  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
  • GCC would be an asset
