Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in the achievement of high-volume staffing. This role will delivery timely results and delivery a world-class applicant experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will primarily support Talent Acquisition Recruiters in filling high-volume roles for Rooftop Loaders, Warehouse workers, and other roles as assigned. This position will be out of our divisional office in McKinney, TX.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Focus: Rooftop Loaders and Warehouse Associates
- Source and present quality applicants to hiring managers for rooftop loaders and warehouse associates in various locations. Close our requisitions in a timely manner
- Partner with assigned Talent Acquisition Recruiters to provide a world – class applicant experience throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Teams to identify and solve hiring process inefficiencies
- Manage candidate statuses in our applicant tracking system with timeliness and high precision
- Take part in extending offers and closing candidates
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance
- Actively contribute and participate in continuous improvement process
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Coordinate drug and background process with candidates and recruiters
- Manage, Track, and Report candidates’ drug and background check status within HireRight and communicate with assigned Talent Acquisition Recruiters
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent, College preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain efficiency, work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and with a group
- Excellent verbal/written/presentation/facilitation/communication skills
- Demonstrated influence management, judgment, and decision-making competencies
- Proven ability to build solid, trusting, and credible relationships
- Interest in human resources preferred
