Supply Chain Analyst - Business Analytics

MCKINNEY, TX, US

The Supply Chain Analyst - Incentives will be responsible for the day to day operations of incentive activities falling within the parameters of the Supply Chain Team.   This role will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. OPERATIONS
  • Create and maintain electronic depository for all incentive plans
  • Maintain incentive programs for review and approval by vendor incentive team
  • Maintain electronic file of all vendor incentive payments (checks, credit memos and payment support)
  • Maintain electronic file of all vendor purchasing reports
  • Maintain vendor incentive calculation methodology master file
  • Collaborate with AP staff for incentive credit allocation
  • Support marketing fund tracking and reporting
  • Support Fileback incentive tracking and reporting
  • Support Item Master alignment effort
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Purchasing team as needed
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

2.    Customer Service

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Inventory Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Supply Chain Purchasing – develop a transparent communication and hand-off process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure an essential communication channel is in place for all incentive programs.
  • Monitor internal customer needs to ensure all incentive programs are accounted for.
  • Ensure that internal customer problems are investigated and that acceptable solutions are found.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications include:

  • 4 year BS in Marketing/Sales and/or Business
  • 5 years of Industry (or) Industry related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be analytical and able to solve problems
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
