As a Branch Receptionist for Beacon, you will answer telephones and greet all branch guest and direct them to proper parties of a high volume branch.  You will also assist the Branch Manager by performing administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department

  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information

  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel

  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required

  • Does various clerical duties as requested by HR Department

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Skills

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Computer Skills


  • Experience as a receptionist on a multi-line switchboard.
