National Administrative Manager

Job purpose

 

The National Administrative Manager will lead a team of Administration Specialists whose responsibility is to perform various value-added administrative services for our branch network. Responsible for hiring, supervising, and developing this team. Ensure branches are following established procedures and operating effectively and assist in identifying opportunities to improve business policies/processes. Work with other leaders and team members in the various Corporate / Divisional departments as administrative projects arise.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Provide support, guidance, and training to the Administrative Specialist team.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of all Administrative Specialist duties including:
    • Alfresco electronic document managing system
    • Monthly Eagleview billing for all branches
    • Distribution, collection, review, and tracking of open order reports for all branches
    • Collection and tracking of branch Manual Ticket Logs
    • Voiding of printed orders for all branches
    • Review and validation of daily Non-taxed Sales
  • Work with Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement teams on administrative projects as they arise

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is preferred
  • General Administrative / Accounting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Organization skills
  • Computer literacy skills, experience with systems such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Mincron, Alfresco a plus
  • Ability to lead a diverse, geographically spread team
  • Time management skills
  • Resourcefulness
  • Decision-making skills
