We are currently seeking an exceptional Digital Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Digital Sales Manager for our South Division. This position will report to the Divisional Vice President of Sales, South Division.

The primary purpose of the Digital Sales Manager is to help lead the strategy and execution of all things digital, which includes Beacon PRO+, Beacon’s e-commerce platform, along with our integrated technology partners. 


Duties and responsibilities

  • Create strategies to increase digital performance, adoption and sales growth throughout the South Division
  • Communicate effectively with Branch, Regional and Executive Leadership to achieve common goals.
  • Coordinate the execution of sales campaigns and product launches.
  • May manage a team of digital sales specialists
  • Provide training and support of Beacon’s digital solutions software platforms for both customers & internal employees
  • Troubleshoot customer & internal employee inquiries
  • Provide customer insights to team members to help evolve our digital offerings and improve the customer experience
  • Drive change that enables to the customer to develop and grow their business more efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have a high comfort level with technology
  • Must be able to use data to make business decisions.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
