We are seeking a highly motivated team member for a new position that is designed to help grow the Beacon brand.  In order to be successful in attracting and retaining more customers, the role will focus on the many strategic aspects of growing the brand through content development.

 

The Brand Content Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing meaningful and engaging content to: drive leads, create loyalty, and enhance the customer relationship with Beacon. 
 

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Developing a strategy and managing the Beacon social media platforms
  • Lead contact and facilitator for agency relationship to develop monthly content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Determining how to utilize video to create internal and external engagement with employees and customers
  • Principal contact for existing PR agency, to create meaningful events (Beacon of Hope) and press releases; including relationships with trade media
  • Prepare and present strategies and reports to key internal stakeholders (sales, operations, management) for purposes of making key business decisions 
     

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, public relations, or in a related discipline required. MBA an additional benefit
  • At least 2-4 years relevant experience in marketing, strategy, or similar required
  • Advanced computer literacy with emphasis in social media and digital tools
  • Preferred skill set:
    • Creative energy and idea development
    • Exceptional research and analytical skills
    • Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive projects
    • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
