Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Reports to: Manager, Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team is looking for a new team member to join as a coordinator in our Goldsboro, NC office. In this role you will provide excellent support and assistance to multiple internal stakeholders on your team and team members in our branches. Superb communication and follow-up skills are key to this position as well as strong organizational and analytical skills.
 

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Review and processing of vendor statements.
  • Processing incentive payments.
  • Assisting in clearing open transactions.
  • Answering questions and finding information for branches.
  • Creating project schedules with the supply chain team and effectively communicate on current status, project deliveries and areas that require attention.
  • Continuously work to improve supply chain processes.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned
     

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support field Strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude.  
  • Strong computer skills to build project tracking and utilize analysis tools in MS Excel
  • Think outside of the box mentality, creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform duties that require close attention to detail, to prioritize workload and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of financial concepts.
