We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Dealers Choice) for our corporate Supply Chain team. This is an exciting and rewarding career opportunity that will report to the Divisional Vice President of Supply Chain.  



  • Work with the VP of Supply Chain to develop and drive an overall efficient and effective strategy for the supply chain function within the Dealers Choice region.
  • Establish world class methodologies and processes encompassing regional activities to ensure state of the art supply chain results.
  • Drive sourcing initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company growth.
    • Negotiate Dealers Choice “show” incentives and large buys as needed and approved by the VP of Supply Chain.
  • Negotiate Tier 2 & 3 supplier incentive programs.
  • Direct supply chain activities to ensure targets are met and quality is maintained. 
  • Manage actions to reduce material costs, create greater efficiencies.  
  • Oversee the purchasing process and build relationships that foster effective purchasing arrangements with vendors and division leadership.
  • Lead process improvements to address key program challenges and to increase our ability to deliver upon our commitments.
  • Conduct purchasing and inventory trend analysis, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Responsibilities for approximately $120M - $130M in spend.
  • All other duties as assigned



  • 3 - 5 years of purchasing/sourcing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Purchasing, Business, Finance or related degree.

  • Strong ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity.
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills. Proven experience in developing and coaching a team.
  • Ability to be effective in a highly matrixed environment, to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools.
  • Understanding of strategic sourcing, process/supplier implementation and change management best practices preferred.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in working in a demanding, high performance work environment and team oriented culture.
