About Our Team and This Role:

In this role you will work with the Mincron systems team to develop and implement solution for inventory and order allocation for RSA Markets. The RSA Logistics Manager is responsible for the implementation and training of all logistics systems and RSA model concepts. Among these concepts, the role will require vast knowledge of centralized dispatching, a key component of the RSA market operations. Other concepts will be supported by this role including but not limited to fuel management practices, P&L activities, fleet management, and inbound freight management.
 

The Logistics Manager will support the continuous efforts of RSA market operations in providing up to date training for all new and existing operational employees. This role also requires the ability to travel up to 50%.
 

What You Will Be Working On:

Training Implementation:

  • Implement training programs for current and existing operational systems as well as compliance standards
  • Provide assessment and training on logistics systems and processes involved in the RSA operating model
  • Provide on-site and remote coaching / training in the utilization and application of new and continuous operational systems
  • Create classroom style training for both virtual and on-site lecture. Class sizes will vary.
  • Assist in the development and writing of branch compliance/efficiency action plans
  • Communicate all new policy and procedure to the field as changes occur
  • Design training manuals and visual aids as needed to support the market.


Project Management:

  • Manage tasks related to the build of an RSA infrastructure
  • Schedule, plan, and deliver meetings to introduce various RSA concepts
  • Provide updates and analysis of progress and deficiencies within markets to appropriate leadership
  • Monitor ongoing efforts and provide remediation programs to markets when necessary


Technical Support and Testing:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for all operational systems as needed
  • Share updates and feedback from field during internal meetings
  • Conduct thorough testing of new operational programs as well as new modifications, versions, or upgrades to systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving systems
  • Communicate technical issues experienced in the field to systems manager


What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:  

  • Ability to lead and direct change management
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees-both written and verbal
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Wikitext)
  • Demonstrates an ability to develop good relationships with internal customers
  • Must have flexible working hours to meet training request times in the field
  • Bachelors degree in Business / Education preferred
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Hands on experience with current logistics systems and routing process preferred
