We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our Columbia, SC Branch to efficiently manage the warehouse operations and oversee the distribution of products to our customers.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in a distribution environment
  • Proven ability to train, motivate and lead others
  • General knowledge of our products and equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Safety methodology
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • CDL Training or license is a plus but not required
  • Ability to operate all warehouse equipment
  • Ability to perform the duties of Dispatcher
  • Ability to prioritize many tasks
  • Phone/personal sales skills
  • Time management skills
