Branch Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader to manager our Charlottesville, VA branch. This leader will drive sales, ensure profitability andmotivate branch partners to provide exceptional customer service,
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building, maintaining and supporting a culture aligned with Beacon Core Values
- Takes an active role in selection, leadership development and succession planning for District staff
- Oversees multiple profit centers (operations, admin, etc.) for all assigned branches
- Directly leads Branch Management staff who have P&L responsibility
- Works closely with the Sales Management team to drive sales and provide an excellent customer experience
- Reviews trends to determine the appropriate customer and product mix with guidance from Regional Vice President (RVP)
- Partners with Customer Financial Services (Credit) team to determine customer strategy
- Leads District Dispatch teams to develop an integrated strategy for deliveries
- Develops and executes a 3-year strategic growth and increased profitability plans for District with the approval of RVP and Divisional President
- Promotes teamwork both within local team and across the region
- Develops and maintains a strong relationship with vendors
- Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
- Three to Five years’ experience in branch operations or similar role
- Experience in the building products industry, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or similar field. Can be substituted for experience directly related to this position.
